Harren

Another one for the Champions Online group commission.  This is Harren, and I'm going to quote her player/creator to explain what she is:

"Harren is a member of the Akonian species. They are short, biomechanical humanoids with glassy skin and glowing eyes. All akonians have the ability to absorb infra-red radiation and harness it as energy much like a plant does light. Their bluish glow comes from waste energy re-emitted from their skin at a higher wavelength. Harren glows more fiercely than other Akonians thanks to having this ability artifically enhanced."

She also has symmetrical hands, so two thumbs per hand, and slightly see-through hair ends.  I kind of love the fact that she's this short, round girl- a very compact sort of design but fun to do.  This was an interesting exercise in different textures.  I learn something new every time I do a commission like this!
