Description

It's a PHEESH.

Nganana is, in the words of *MapleMaster, one of those MOCs that happen from staring too long at a single piece. In my case, it was this [link] which got me thinking. Upside down it seemed slightly fish-like, and I found spots to attatch the fins (hips), eyes (shoulders) and mouth (neck) without much trouble. The tail is cheating slightly. The piece was from a charity shop, and so it wasn't in very good condition when I bought it. The soft rubber of the tail had been chewed by some ungrateful stupid evil bored little child who must have had this previously, but after cutting off the chewed bit I found a way to attatch a tail via a bit of pneumatic tubing.

Ngangana has a MOCpage: [link]

And a Theme, if you want it: [link]

I also credit Primus on the fin design, not because he designed it, but because he uses this stud-pinhole connection so much. It works well for wings and fins - I use similar connections all the time now, but when Ngangana was made it was still a new move for me.

Oh, and Ngangana is a Maori word. It means "to glow scarlet".

N- N- N- N- Ngangana Style!

All jokes aside, a very creative moc .Especially considering how restricting the base piece was.
